My first wedding of 2018!!!
When Beki first told me that her and Mark weren't supersticious, she wasn't joking...
Friday 13th Wedding!!!
How cool!
They got married at Warwick Registry office before moving over to Wootton Park. Beki wore a really cool Black dress with some amazing Doc Martins, and had the most amazing bouquet.
The ceremony was a small one, with only close family in attendance. We shot a few photos in the gardens before making the short journey out of Warwick to Wootton Wawen.
The reception was a really chilled out day and night, and as it was an April wedding we lost the light at around 730pm. We managed to shoot some portraits down by the bandstand in front of the lake, and some moody wide shots with them stood from the other side of the lake.
Beki and Mark cut the cake with an axe made from Damascus steel... I didn't have a clue what that meant, but after doing a bit of research it's one of the finest steels money can buy. we got some cool shots of them cutting the cake!
Just before going home, Beki and Mark were keen for some night portraits which I was really happy to try! With the help of a couple of off camera flashes, we created some pretty cool stuff.
The day itself was so fun and so relaxed. Beki and Mark were so chilled, it really made my day soooooo much easier. Whenever you have a bride and Groom that are really easy going, you know that it's going to be a great day!
Also, how cool is that cake!?!?
